What are the rules for hostel? Is it true that Wi-Fi and electricity facilities except fan is not available after 12PM

Rules of hostel are:1) WiFi facility is 24 hr.
2) Electricity is 24 hr.
3) You have to give biometric attendance bet 9:45 pm to 10:45 otherwise you have to pay fine of 500.
4)after 11pm you have to sleep or switch off lights because it's a silent hours.
5) In morning after 5pm you can switch on lights. -
Hi Mrinal. According to my personal experience there is never a cut to wifi and electricity in the hostel. Even college has a separate generator which provide electricity to hostel when there is power cut. Wifi is for 24 hours. Hostel rules are like you can't play loud music after 9:30 in the hostel premises, alcoholic beverages are totally ban in the hostel, before 9:30 you have to be in ur hostel gate.
