It depends on the recruiter, I mean what they value more. To be general, retail industry recognises a set of four key competencies that anyone serious about carving out a career for themselves in this sector will need.
- Business Focus
- Personal Effectiveness
- Relationship Management
- Critical T

Except experience and education, candidate should be fluent in English and able to corporate us with work allocation and learn to begin with career development.
