I am not quite aware of Centurion University, Parakhemundi for B.Sc. Agriculture but If you are interested in exploring Agricultural Sciences and practices in contemporary times, you should go for B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons). B.Sc. Agriculture will get you to understanding soil, water, pesticides, technology, harvesting and may be breeding. I must advise choosing the University that offers all-round development in both the courses. School of Agriculture, Lovely Professional University which is the FIRST PRIVATE SCHOOL to get accredited by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). The most significant thing which should be emphasized is that LPU is the first private university which has been approved by ICAR. I along with my cousins had visited the fields, labs. In order to infuse understanding on emerging problems and technologies involved in agriculture field visits are conducted to neighbouring farms, orchards and nurseries. Not only subject related education is imparted but also the professional enhancement is added by the university through the different courses like soft skills and communication skills. Major Highlights of the programme that I would be highlighting over here are as follows:

I will advice you to identify that college which is ICAR. Out of these two, I am not sure about Centurion University but yes LPU is the first private university to get ICAR which is matter of proud. One of my colleagues daughter took admission in LPU and when we inquired, we came to know that B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture is a four years programme that aims at building expertise through well planned on-field implementation and testing of basic concepts in production, yield enhancement disease resistant and better shelf life of food and flora. It helps in creating professionals to tackle the dogma from SEED to stomach. # Career Prospects

Hi, In my opinion, LPU is the best agriculture institute in Punjab and India. It places a strong emphasis on agricultural and related studies. The institution features well-equipped laboratories, a library, lecture rooms, and a fantastic farm where agricultural experiments can be conducted. Dhanuka, HDFC Bank, Reliance Retail, Syngenta, Bio SEED Nestle, Smur Agro, VLCC, Virbac, Amazon, Sanra organics, and many other companies use School of Agriculture graduates. 7 Students Received a 3.74 LPA Offer 7 students from the School of Agriculture have been hired as Retail-Agri exe

Dear Aspirant, every university is doing good for his students. So, it is difficult to say which one is best. But yes, there are certain parameters to compare to select the best institute. Let me clear first what is the meaning of ICAR. ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) is an accreditation from the Central ministry of India related to study of agriculture which is given to those universities who are the best for this field means, if a university ha
