Anupama, Is it really required ! Already you are graduated in commerce which I believe a professional course. It is wise for you to go further to increase your expertise in application of computer in your area --- like computerized accounting packages etc. If you really like to be shifted in computer as a core field , then my question is what was your stream in +2! If science then go ahead with DOEACC O level , A level. If you are keen in your interest I hope you must do a glittering career here . Best wishes.
