<p>Candidates applying for admissions into IIIT Surat need the following document to attach with their application form:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Valid email id and mobile number</li><li>Academic details related to the Class 10 and Class 12 qualifying exams (Bachelor's degree if applying for MTech)</li><li>Scanned copy of the category certificate (if applicable)</li><li>Scanned copy of the PwD certificate (if applicable)</li><li>Scanned photograph and signature as per the specification mentioned by the NTA</li><li>Net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI details for application fee payment</li></ul><p>If the candidate is applying online, they will need scanned copies of the aforementioned documents.</p>
