Once the seat allocation process is completed, selected candidates must report to the allocated institute along with various academic and personal documents for verification purposes at the university. Such candidates are required to bring along the following documents:
- Class 10 and 12 marksheets
- Migration certificate
- School leaving certificate
- Common application form
- Admit card issued by Sharda University
- Accepted exam scorecard
- Original registration payment receipt
- Three passport-size photographs
- ID proof (School ID, Aadhaar card, or PAN card)
