What does spec mode eligibility mean? Is it integrated 6 year 12th with B.Tech after 10th examination?

I have passed class 12 and want to take admission in this college with spec mode but I'm unable to understand it's eligibility - ( Must be in integrated six-year 12th with the B.Tech program, after the 10th class Examination.) Can I take admission in B.Tech by spec mode??
