The college infrastructure is absolutely good. It has well-built buildings and sophisticated departments. The campus is 126 acres, with lots of buildings specifically for each department and hospital ward. Lots of trees and plants are on campus, and it is very eco-friendly. Placements: The placement rate is almost 100% since it's a government college, and there is always a place for doctors. But compared to other state government medical colleges, the stipend offered to the CRRI here is low, at about $22,000. For MBBS, the intake per year is 150. Faculty: The faculty members are very knowledgeable and are well-established doctors. The teaching quality is very good, both in theoretical and practical aspects. But classes alone won't be enough for the course since students have to refer a lot to other materials too, and the campus has a very good library that contains all the necessary materials. Other: The MBBS course is not for everyone, as it requires lots of hard work and dedication to pursue. Being a doctor is not easy, so the course is solely built upon developing the students to be better doctors. The only drawback of the college is its location, which is not that big and not that accessible. Intra-college events are held every year. Scholarships are provided. Hostel facility: sharing is common if asked for two-sharing, and single-sharing rooms can be taken. All are of the same age. There are three floors. Rooms are spacious with adequate ventilation; three cots, two fans, two tube lights, one mirror, three tables and three chairs, and three wardrobes are provided. The food quality is excellent and tasty. Variety is seen in the menu, with one alternative (ice cream) and other extras like nonveg, bananas, etc. Has to be written in the account before taking, which will be added with the mess bill. The basic mess fee comes to around Rs. 1500 per month. Registration for the hostel takes place on admission day itself. Rooms can be booked and accommodated on the first day of college. 13,000/- is collected when joining the hostel, which will be refunded while leaving. The hostel for internship students is separate. The girls hostel is present on the right side as soon as the front gate of the college is entered. The boys' hostel is near the back gate's little interior.
