The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 17464. In 2023, it increased to 20728. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 5783 to 7288 for OBC, 3162 to 3182 for SC, 2804 to 3772 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
