What has been the trend for cut off in BTech in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Gandhinagar in last few years?

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Gandhinagar - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 1366. In 2023, it increased to 1555. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed for diffecrent categories as mentioned below
- 623 to 571 for OBC
- 332 to 412 for SC
- 127 to 219 for ST
- 225 to 226 for EWS
This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
