What I am supposed to do for software engineering: B.Tech CSE+M.Tech CSE or BCA+MCA?
Is post-graduation also required to get a job in MNC'S like Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.

Both the ways, you will become a software developer, so it is up to you to decide where to go. But, for a rough idea, I will tell you that B.Tech CSE is preferred most, because it is a more practical oriented study about software technology.

Dear friend,
As per my knowledge and experience, for becoming a software engineer, I would suggest you to go for B.Tech + M.Tech in computer science as compared to BCA + MCA because B.Tech is itself an engineering degree and after doing Masters in computer science, you have an opportunity to be the same. Thank you very much, have a nice day. -
