What if I am pursuing B.A. Honours in Economics from GGDSD College, do I still need to give M.A. Economics Entrance for PU?

Yes. If you are in a college under PU such as GGDSD in this case, you still need to give entrance for getting into the main campus. The students pursuing Hons. Course from the campus as promoted to the post-graduate course without any entrance.
