In case, you fail to score AIBE 2024 cutoff score, then you will not be issued the Certificate of Practice. The AIBE 19 cutoff marks for the General/OBC category have been revised for AIBE 2024 Exam. The BCI has increased AIBE cutoff from 40 per cent to 45 per cent for general category candidates. However, the cutoff for SC/ST candidates remains the same; i.e.  40 per cent marks to qualify the bar examination.  The AIBE cut-off marks is the minimum marks (or percentage) that candidates need to obtain in their category to clear the certification exam.

The basic minimum marks requirement to clear AIBE 2023 is 45 % for General and OBC Category candidates. Students who are from different backgrounds or SC/ST/PWD backgrounds, the minimum qualifying marks are 40 %. If you fail to clear the AIBE exam, you cannot practice and appear as a practitioner. You will have to score more than the required marks for qualification. Total marks will be known after the official answer key will be released from the department. The students will have to check their marks for better clarification. If any wrong question will be found by the department, it will be immediately rejected.
