Yes, you can apply and get admission if you have scored 55% in your 12th grade, subject to the fulfillment of eligibility as per the university norms which differs for all programmes. It depends on which programme you are interested in and want to apply for. There are courses 200+ programme like engineering, Honours programme eligibility is 60 %, some, it is 55% and for others, it is 50%. Even there is direct admission to some courses and in some its mandatory to qualify the LPU NEST exam and in some, LPU NEST exam + Interview.

LPU is a globally well-known university, and it is a good choice reason being they have good tie-ups with corporate houses, foreign universities, NGO's which are actually very important for networking and getting placed. Infrastructure is good too. You will find cultural diversity that will give you exposure. You would be meeting people from different countries and get to know about their culture, tradition which will help you to grow as a better person. And yes definitely you can proceed with your admission as in the situation of COVID-19, LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms. So there are various programmes for which you can apply

The college's in IPU work on the basis of the entrance and minimum criteria eligibility is almost of 45-55% so yes you may get admission but you have to score well in the entrance to get a good college allotted.

    Dear,
As an education consultant, I am aware that LPU floats more than 250 programmes and the eligibility of a course varies from course to course. To me more clear the course such as Engineering, Agriculture, Design, Journalism, B.Sc. (H)Economics etc. , the eligibility is minimum 60% marks whereas for the courses like B.Com/BBA (Plain), B.Pharma (Ayurveda) etc. Simply 50% would serve the purpose. So, for more details, either you mention the particular case here or you can visit our website I. e. www.lpu.in.
