Direct admission is offered to candidates who manage to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria on the basis of past academics. There are a total of 330 seats in B.E. / B.Tech at PR Engineering College (PREC, Thanjavur). The total tuition fee charged for B.E. / B.Tech here is INR 1,67,000-2,00,000.

A candidate should pass the 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects of study.
