Working professionals should always be thinking about how they can improve their skills and performance. Ultimately, this is an internal process, but can be facilitated using tools.

It depends on the firm you are working but executive MBA suits more to those who have more than 5years of experience and part time MBA suits who have less experience.

Executive MBA will be a better options as compared to part time MBA for working professionals as they have a very good chance to get a higher package and much better placements after an executive MBA rather than part time mba.

I think executive MBA ( full time ) is more beneficial with respect to career growth. companies value a full time program more compare to part-time or weekend program. the part time might help if you are looking for a career change within the same organization.

    Hello Ms. Neha,
I like the question that you ask. First of all let me give the basic idea of Ex-MBA/PGDM
The EMBA Program. The Executive MBA Program is designed for working professionals with good years of career experience. You do not have to be at an executive level to be a student in the EMBA Program. The fee structure is always in a higher end if you compare with other MBA courses. The duration of these courses varies from 1-2 years. But EMBA course will always regards as a certification course in Management.
Now talking about the Part-Time Course its basic duration is 2 years. If anyone wants to have a proper Master degree, then this

    I disagree with Arvind Joshi245
I think their are some disadvantages of executive MBA:
1)Might not be able concentrate both on Studies and Job.
2)May not be able to make a switch in job domain.
3)Some Employers don't value Executive MBA

Part-time MBA is based on a process of learning and revitalizing the managerial concepts in a slow, leisurely manner, without disturbing the work schedule of the candidate. Moreover, one does not have to go for a study leave. The candidates attend classes on weekends. Moreover, some of the candidates have an idea of merely acquiring a degree for promotional purposes. So, the overall effect is a lack of seriousness in solidifying the concepts, and a lack of effort in linkin

I think executive MBA hold more importance as far as degree is concerned. If one is planning for higher education, cost should not be the priority.
