Prince, do not get led by these names, there are also BFA (Anim), B Voc (Anim), BTech (Anim) to further confuse you. all this is rubbish. Do check out the portfolio of students, and go for a place which gets the best portfolios done and who get the students placed. And most of these places you'll find offer only diplomas. Degrees do not get you placed, since they are governed under rules (UGC) which do not allow the recruitment of good talented people. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. Hello Prince,
BSc is bachelors degree in Science and BA is bachelor degree in Arts. Nomeneclature hardly matters in Animation and VFx. Some offer B.Des, while others even offer B.Tech or B.F.A.UGC has started B.Voc also in the field through various universities.
Animation/VFx are multidisciplinary sector. It is Science as well as Arts. Skill matters then qualification.

These structures for e.g. UGC in India accredit the colleges for following the rules. and these rules stipulate a minimum qualification for the teachers. It is here where the fault line lies. All masters of their arts whether spor
