    Food Technology is a branch of Engineering that deals with the techniques involved in the production, processing, preservation, packaging, labelling, quality management, and distribution of food products. It deals with the creation of new food products, their packaging and methods of preservation. Food Technology also deals with areas of specialised food products such as Alcohol, Beverages and Oil Products.
