What is LPU national entrance and scholarship test?

It is an exam for the entrance as well as scholarship purpose. This year, due to covid-19, university has exempted it from various programmes but for the programme like B.Tech. It is still compulsory. This exam can lead to a huge amount of scholarship. This is an aptitude test covers the syllabus from the students last qualification. This year as per the rules defined by government, to facilitate the students LPU is conducting this exam through online proctored mode. Basically you can apply and appear for this exam at your home itself. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test is mandatory for some of the courses as it acts as the basis of eligibility for the scholarship for most of the programmes. LPU NEST Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test is conducted by LPU for two purposes, Ascertaining Eligibility to some programs like B.Tech, PG Sciences, LL. M. and Ph.D. etc. And scholarship for all the other programs. Due to Covid 19 situation and lockdown the test will now only be conducted online that too remotely proctered. Last year one of my colleague's daughter appeared in LPU NEST where she was told that LPU NEST is National Eligibility and Scholarship Test which is conducted for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test serves two purposes I. e eligibility and scholarship. It is the entrance test for some of the programmes and scholarship for all of the programmes. With the help of LPU NEST student can avail admission in various programs. Few of them are as follows: a. Engineering b. MBA etc. For other programmes, students can get good scholarship through LPU NEST. She was also told that LPU do offer scholarship to provide financial assistance to the students: 1. On the basis of marks in previous class 2. LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test LPU NEST on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship 3. Some national level tests like JEE Mains, NATA NEET UCEED CAT XAT MAT CMAT NMAT GPAT GATE etc. 4. Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities. 5. Board Toppers 6. For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities 7. There is only one test that is LPU-NEST which has both advantage of getting admission as well as scholarship too. LPU has very good reputation and placements, infrastructure & faculty is good but try to get in touch with any college student of LPU that will help you more and will be able to get the actual details of that college.

Lovely Professional University conducts LPU NEST (National Entrance and Scholarship Test). The entrance exam is conducted for various courses where the eligibility criteria is to qualify it as a mandate requirement and for other courses it is a scholarship test LPUNEST is a university level examination conducted twice in a year for admission in various courses like Engineering, Law and MBA. Besides admission, this exam is also treated as a scholarship test. Based on the performance of the candidates in the exam, the university will provide a scholarship of up to Rs 5 Lacs. LPU NEST is conducted in online mode only and the university has created centres in more than 200 cities across India.
