University of Gottingen’s acceptance rate is 17% whereas, the acceptance rate of RWTH Aachen University is 10%. Thus, securing admission to either of the universities is highly competitive and selective. Students seeking admission to either university are also required to meet the English Language Proficiency test scores. The minimum IELTS and TOEFL scores required by Gottingen University are 6.5 band and 95 respectively. The minimum IELTS and TOEFL scores required by RWTH University is 7.0 and 100 respectively.
