What is the admission process for Naval Architecture courses at the IITs in India?

<p><strong>To get admission to the IITs for Naval Architecture &amp; Ocean Engineering courses at the UG level, you should have at least 75% marks in Class 12 in the PCM subjects. </strong>Also, you should <strong>give relevant entrance exams like JEE Main and JEE Advanced </strong>and get excellent marks and rank in the same.</p><p>Further, you need to <strong>complete the college application process</strong> in due time. After the exam results are out and you've got your result, make sure to <strong>apply for the JoSAA counselling</strong> where you will be given a seat for the chosen course. You can then <strong>complete the admission formalities by paying the Naval Architecture course fees and confirming your admission.</strong></p><p>For <strong>PG courses </strong>also, the process is similar. The only difference is that you should have a <strong>bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or a relevant field with at least 60% marks and give the GATE exam and participate in the COAP counselling session </strong>to be given a seat.</p>
