What is the application form date for BCA?

Hello! Being an Alumni of LPU I can say that the sooner you apply at LPU, the better scholarship you can get. So, don't wait for the last date. Huge scholarships are likely to be reduced after 15th july, you must finish up with your online admission process before that. LPU offers different types of scholarships on the basis of marks in either of the last two qualifications, LPUNEST, Sports, Defence, COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship, and many more. If you are eligible for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship you will get is the maximum one. The best thing is if you get the scholarship, the tuition fees after getting a scholarship will be applicable every semester except a few types of scholarships.BCA Course at LPU is designed to build programming skills for developing efficient and resource optimized software/website/cloud/mobile applications. In simple terms, BCA Programme at Lovely Professional University has lots to do with Computer Science and programming. Students are given knowledge on topics like Programming languages, hardware and software, computer networks, World Wide Web, Database Management, Logic, Multimedia etc. CA graduates have good scope in jobs as a Web Developer, Software Tester, etc. Depending on the skills you acquire during your BCA. LPU provide career pathways and accordingly changes are done in the students curriculum based on the pathway being opted by students like:Corporate jobs. Government Jobs. Higher studies. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is : Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. Few relaxations: (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants) Since the heavy scholarships are likely to be reduced after 15th july, you must finish up with your online admission process before that. So, it appears that with 55% you are eligible for the program. With program outcomes like following and great placements upto 7.5 LPA ! Well you can immediately apply for this programme, as for BCA the eligibility criteria is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. . LPU has lived up to its expectations, with the quality of education satisfying these international students, the placement opportunities are amazing as well. It provides innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. There is a common date for registering yourself for any programme at LPU. First, apply yourself for the LPUNEST exam, forms of which are available online and will remain available up till May. Also, I would suggest you to take an early decision as the hostel rooms are quickly exhausted. Moreover, LPUNEST is a mandatory part of getting admission so you cannot skip it. It is also the criteria based upon which your scholarship is awarded.

Admissions 2020 is already going on in LPU through ONLINE mode. You can take admission before the 30th june 2020 to avail the maximum scholarship.

Dear student, Registration for LPUNEST-2018 has already been started for BCA. Slot booking will be starting from 1st week of March 2018. Test will be conducted between 10th April 2018 to 31st May 2018.
