Hi Pranav, As a alumni of Lovely Professional University, I would like to answer this question,I have few friends who has done B.Tech from LPU and currently they are working with MNC's,Few of them opted for higher studies. There is no sure shot answer to this question because few CSE students managed to get a pay package of Rs. 42 lacs last year while some got placed at a pay package of 8-9 lacs per annum. So, it depends on the caliber and the hard work of the students. As per the students pursuing CSE from LPU ,the average packages has revolved around 4.6 to 6 lacs per annum every year and highest has been 42 lacs per annum by a CSE student named Tanya Arora . LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement.There is a huge opportunity to get placed in a good MNC through Lovely Professional University.Many placement drives are organised by the university to get more jobs for their students. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students are given a lot of on-job training as well as work on projects where they can earn also. B.Tech CSE placements of the university are very good with students getting high packages. I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills.
