What is the average package offered to a fresher for MBA? I want to pursue MBA from LPU.

I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LP. MBA programme comes under Mittal School of Business which is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. Last year in MBA students got a package of max 16 Lacs per annum and the average packages were of 5 Lacs per annum. Furthermore, the best part is quality of curriculum which is really worthy and as per the industry standards. Every small content of every semester syllabus and subjects are benchmarked with the foreign universities. Moreover, the faculty members have great knowledge and wonderful skills of teaching. They are very humble and helpful at every time. Beautiful infrastructure with all updated technologies and resources creates the positive aura to work. U has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. So, you should go for LPU and you will not regret this decision ever.

I am a passout from LPU and have profoundly utilised my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors and management. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. There are plenty of career opportunities after MBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings, in effect the whole corporate sector offer bright opportunities to management graduates. The careers in management offers one of the best remuneration packages and perks everywhere. Many students are placed in reputed companies in different cities and some are placed in abroad too.more than 150 companies including ITC, Asian Paints, HDFC, Federal Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Moodys Analytics, WNS Global etc and so on recruiting MBA students on an yearly basis with highest package in MBA at 21 Lakh Per Annum and on a average package will be 4LPA TO 6 LPA with nearly 90 % placement rates. LPU keeps improving and increasing it placements packages year on year. Even the number of recruiters visiting the campus increase every year. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students are given a lot of on-job training as well as work on projects where they can earn also. MBA placements of the university are very good with students getting high packages.
