    It depends on your state quota. Colleges in Delhi are highly ranked and thus go as high as 620-630 in general quota, where as in most of the states for example Himachal Pradesh go till as low as 550 for general quota.

    Via all india quota the general consensus is to get a score above 600 and in recent trends, 620.

    590 can get you a seat in the top colleges of the state through the state quota.
    560 can get you a seat in top colleges through state quota (doubtful in Delhi, but definitely in Madhya Pradesh) and any other good medical college throughout
    540 Decent medical colleges in home state, top one in Madhya Pradesh
    510 can get you a seat in-state colleges conveniently. Marginally through AIQ
    490 score can get a seat in the state
    480 is a marginal score that will help you to get through the State quota. Less than this students can get admission to private medical colleges.
