    Hi Arun,
EMBA from leading b-school will definitely help you but pursuing it from any b-schools will not help.
I Would suggest you to go with regular MBA from a good b-school who can add a feather to your cap
While in Executive MBA your class mates comprise of experienced professionals, just like you, there is much to learn from them, they've a wealth of knowledge in their industry, and they present valuable networking opportunities. Your interaction with them in school might lead on to partnerships between your companies or even attractive job offers.

Full-time MBA is the most thorough and complete of all the management courses. In regular MBA there are more career opportunities rather than executive MBA. Executive MBA is comparatively less eventful. With classes mostly held over the weekend. The executive MBA program is designed primarily to help experienced middle-management employees equip themselves for the transition to higher positions and bigger responsibilities in bigger organizations. In executive MBA u will be elegible for getting better knowledge in short span. The Regular MBA is the one which has the total exposure of all the topics, where as executive MBA only gives you a degree and you need to get a practical exposure from the company.
To be practical only a working profession people take up Executive MBA, where they directly specify particular topics which you select.
In regular MBA the teach from the basics of MBA. So, if you are a fresher, its better to opt for regular MBA. else the executive one is good if you are already working in some company.
