    To gain admission to BTech programmes at IIT Varanasi, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Eligible applicants are those who have successfully completed their Class 12 education in the Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 75% (or 65% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Additionally, candidates must possess the necessary documents as evidence of their eligibility.
