Hi Bidyut, The basic requirement is that the candidate should have knowledge about the company and market. Must be confident. In very rare cases marks are the criteria for selection. Focus on enhancing your skills & knowledge. That is all required. -
Many companies will ask for 60% through your career like Deloitte etc. But if you are ready to show your talent then marks will not be a barrier in your placement.
