<p>The CAT cutoff for the general category students for getting into Bharati Vidyapeeths Institute of Management Studies and Research is 60-70 percentile, while OBC students get into this institute securing 55-65 percentile and students from SC/ST category 50-60 percentile. For selection, the general category scores usually range from approximately 140 to 160 points out of a total of 300. It also has other factors in admission process such as academic achievement, employment history and co-curricular activities. About a fourth of the overall capacity is reserved for CAT candidates. Rest of them are offered to students who have appeared for other management entrance tests like MAT, XAT CMAT etc.</p>
