What is the condition of placement for a BCA at LPU?

Almost all the private and Government institutes try to put in 100% effort in teaching but everything becomes void when it comes to the teaching and pedagogy and finally when it comes to placement. Only a few come up with the extraordinary and remarkable placements record. LPU is one among them which outperforms in placement. I am a native of Jalandhar city only. Thus, I can tell you that many times I have read in Newspapers about LPU. BCA graduates have a good scope in jobs as a Web Developer, Web Designer, Network Administrator, System Manager, Computer Programmer, Software Developer, Software Tester, etc. Depending on the skills you acquire during your BCA. LPU provides career pathways and accordingly changes are done in the students' curriculum based on the pathway being opted by students like Corporate Jobs, Government Jobs, Higher studies, Entrepreneurship, Research, etc. If you are studying at LPU, placements are not at all a problem for you. They say we provide 100% placements to all the eligible candidates and placements aspiring candidates. Previous year at LPU, BCA students got a maximum package of 5 to 7 LPA and the average package was 3 LPA. The best thing I like about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India. LPU is ranked 10th best university for Training and Placement in 2019 by Knowledge Review LPU got the Golden Star Award 2018 for being University with the best placements in India. Yes, it is good to pursue mechanical engineering at LPU. Being a budding engineer myself, I'd like to mention that LPU is a great place to pursue any kind of engineering and mechanical engineering is one of the core engineering disciplines after all. Students are given a lot of on-job training as well as work on projects where they can earn also. BCA placements of the university are very good with students getting high packages. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered is between 9 LPA to 11 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Infosys, TCS and many other companies visit our campus for placements. But this is BCA that's why a lot of students think to do MCA from foreign universities. Some of the alumni are placed in renowned companies:- LPUs course curriculum is in line with industry requirements. Additionally, skills gained through hands-on experience with internships at international brands make our students highly employable. BCA Student Placed In Amazon At 4.65 LPA. LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures, I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and the Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life. LPU gave me an extra edge in everything. During My graduation, My roommate was doing BCA and he is now placed in a shell oil company as a Database Engineer. As per his feedback, the computer application department is one of the finest departments of LPU. The curriculum is so good and benchmarked with the foreign universities and Industry requirements which gives a clear gateway to good placement. Moreover, LPU has a separate department of career services that helps students in every step for and during placement drives. Hi. Placements for this course are very high at LPU. Almost 90% of the students get placed. The highest offered salary package is INR 31 LPA and the lowest is INR 2.2 LPA. The average salary package ranges from INR 3.5 LPA to INR 4 LPA.
