As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, there is no fixed cut-off mark for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination). The Bar Council of India, which conducts the exam, does not release any official cut-off marks. However, candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks to pass the exam. The AIBE is an open book exam, and candidates are allowed to carry their study materials and notes to the exam center. The cutoff marks for AIBE exam are 40% marks of total scores for general/ OBC category candidates and 35% marks of total scores for SC/ST category. Incase wrong questions are found in the question paper, the total marks as well as cutoff marks will change for all categories. The cutoff marks are influenced by the answer key objections received by the exam authorities after the exam has been conducted.
