The difference is that you'll have to clear a tough compititive exam to do MBA if you complete only BBA. There's also a disadvantage of doing dual course; you will not be able to exit after 3years, sit for CAT and do MBA from any of the IIMs. Well, if you are talkin about dual course from IIM-Indore then there's no need to think about a thing.

An Integrated degree will give you two degrees i.e, BBA and MBA from the same university/college/institution.
Whereas, a non-integrated will have separate courses on BBA and MBA.

Professional degrees such as Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelors of Business Studies (BBS) are popular choice of courses for students looking at professional degrees at undergraduate level.
These courses address the core functions of business such as finance, strategy, decision, etc. The degree also focuses on managerial skills, team skills and communication skills.
