What is the difference between BCA and B.Tech or computer science engineering and information technology?

BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications, etc. ). Whereas for BCA students need to have secured good grades in any of the Arts/Science or Commerce streams. CSE involves a course curriculum covering both hardware and software. However, B.Tech in IT is more software-oriented. So CSE revolves around the designing of a computer gadget that should be economically preferred and less space-oriented.
