CGC and CU basically have same management but it differs in terms of fee structure as well as faculty. The fee structure of CU is high in comparison to CGC. CU sure has scholarship opportunities but after the scholarship, fees will be the same as CGC so not much of a difference. As far as placement is concerned, they both conduct their placement drives at the same time and provide similar packages. The faculty of CU is amazing as well. However, the location of both of them might create a difference in choice. CU is accepted for their placements in North Bharat. Well, practiced employees and a much orientating approach cause you to a fa

The difference between CGC and CU are:
    Affiliation and Recognition:
CGC is affiliated to Punjab Technical University whereas CU is a Private University. The students passing out from CGC will be conferred degrees from PTU. The Chandigarh Group of Colleges (or CGC) are the educational institutions located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar district of Punjab in short distance from cities of Chandigarh and Mohali. Chandigarh Group of Colleges was established in 2001 at Landran.

Both universities have evolved significantly in recent years, but Chandigarh University, in my opinion, has set several landmarks. Here are a few reasons why- Chandigarh Institution is a private Indian university in Mohali, Punjab, India, which is close to Chandigarh. The university was founded in 2012 by the Punjab State Legislature and is recognised by the University Grants Commission under Section 2 of the UGC ACT 1956, with the power to issue degrees. Whether you want to work for top-tier multinational corporations, prepare for government and defense services, create your own business, or pursue higher education abroad, CUCET 2021
