These two are very similar, nevertheless, Corporate Communications is a broader term. It consists of all communication issued by the organisation to its stakeholders both internal and external, I.e ranging from employees & shareholders to media, industry & the public. Corporate communications includes different types of communication including advertising and public relations. Public Relations involves monitoring and assessing public attitudes and maintaining mutual relations and understanding between an organisation and its public.
