What is the difference between MBA finance with IT, MBA finance with HR and MBA in marketing?

Which course has better job prospects? I am BCOM(PASS) 50% in nov 2014. know about basic of computer like maintaining. and interested in IT field but since IT field is not good.so interested in finance with HR or Marketing.
