If someone just wants to teach pre-primary or kindergarten students, then they opt for NTT or Diploma in Early childhood education. For teaching only the primary students up till the second grade the courses of JBT or TTC are also considered. To be able to teach primary, secondary, and higher secondary classes B.Ed is compulsory. Some schools also ask for M.Ed for teaching in higher secondary classes.
