    Hey,
    PGCM and PGDM are both approved by AICTE. The only difference between these courses is the duration.
    PGCM is a 15 month program, out of which 12 months is on campus and the remaining time if for your final submission. Whereas PGDM is a 24 month full time program on campus which gives you the chance of spacing out the subjects and also interning after the 1st year. There is no impact while placement.
