Front office management is not only about 'people' aspects of a business but also about offering efficient back-end support to employees and manage operations of an office or a retail store. Modern technology also finds various uses in Front Office Management today, from number crunching to managing time to assisting customers and staff members effectively. Shop floor management deals with the administration of the manufacturing processes or selling of goods on the floor of a shop space. Shop floor basically means the business accommodation where the fundamental as well as grass-root level functions are carried out.
