COMEDK is an examination for all the private engineering colleges among Karnataka, however VITEEE is organized only for it's 3 campuses out of which only one campus is better. If you are getting the main campus and good branch in VITEEE is better otherwise it's better to go with COMEDK because here

In the COMEDK, you will get a chance to get into the top colleges of the Karnataka state whether it is government or private, but in VITEEE, you will only have chance to get into the 3 campus of this university, and also this university is the private university.
