Before answering the question, I would like to provide you with some stats. The number of students appeared the test in 2016:
    JEE (Mains): 11,55,000
    VITEEE: 2,10,000
    MUOET: 55,000
    COMEDK: 50,000 (engineering UGET)
Now, as you can see the number of candidates appearing in COMEDK is the least. Even the seats are more in the colleges of COMEDK but not more than the seats under JEE Mains (34,000). The seats to candidates ratio is the highest under COMEDK. And as far as the test level is considered, COMEDK is the easiest. VITEEE and MUOET are easier as compared to JEE (Mains). JEE (Mains) is the toughest among all the above-mentioned exams.

COMEDK is an examination for all the private engineering colleges among Karnataka, however VITEEE is organized only for it's 3 campuses out of which only one campus is better. If you are getting the main campus and good branch in VITEEE is better otherwise it's better to go with COMEDK because here you can choose from range of colleges such as RVCE, MSRIT, BMSIT, etc. So, COMEDK is better as it provides you range of colleges to choose from.

In the COMEDK, you will get a chance to get into the top colleges of the Karnataka state whether it is government or private, but in VITEEE, you will only have chance to get into the 3 campus of this university, and also this university is the private university.

After the students are allotted seats, they will have to confirm their VITEEE admission. The tuition fee has to be paid and the students will have to report to their institute to verify their documents. The original documents along with a set of photocopies have to submitted for verification. If the admission is not confirmed, the students will lose their allotted seats.
