    Hi Prasanta, don't take undue stress of LPU NEST. Chill. LPU NEST is an entrance test conducted by LPU for admission in various programmes. It aims to check how far the concepts from the previous qualification are clear. It's tough but those who have studied honestly will be able to make it. Don't you worry, the syllabus of LPU NEST is all that you have studied in your previous qualification. In addition to it, there are questions of reasoning, verbal ability, analytical ability are also there. LPU NEST is a proctored exam and questions are asked in the form of MCQs.     The LPU NEST is conducted to check the conceptual clarity of the student and in MCQ form without any Negative marking. Student has ample time to answers all the questions and even given option to choose the subject to give the test as per his or her liking. Syllabus, Sample questions and Pattern of the test is available on university website. Go to the website and select the desire programme and a new web page will open up and on the very top of that page information as drop down menu will be available select that drop down menu.     For LPUNEST exam, students will prepare with full of concentration and hard work. Students collect study material to crack LPUNEST exam. It is proctor based test of 3 hours. In that, students should also take care about the negative marking in exam. For this you should focus on your 4 major subjects which is related to your previous studies.

    The difficulty level of any programme depends upon your preparation. If you have prepared well you can even crack IAS exam. Now coming to LPU NEST you should be well prepared for this exam and thorough knowledge about your subjects. Nothing to worry as LPU is providing all the support from its end.     The level of Entrance examination of LPU i.e LPU NEST (National Level Test for Eligibility and Scholarship). It depends upon the programme in which you are seeking admission.     LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and scholarship for most of the programmes.     LPU NEST exam for engineering students is very easy. I have given this exam and I can say if you have give JEE Mains exam also, so in this exam you can get double the marks you got in JEE Mains. Yes, I too got almost double marks. Why? Because this exam has no negative marking and the level of exam is of board exam. If you are average student you can easily get 200 marks in this exam. If you are intelligent student, you can easily get 300+. This paper consists of total 90 questions carrying 4 marks each. Every section contains 30 marks (PCM) or (PCB) and total of 360 marks. I hppe this helps.
