It is a national level exam for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This LPU NEST test forms the basis of eligibility for some programmes and also for the scholarship programmes. LPU NEST is neither much easier nor harder. If you have a good Knowledge of topics which are coming in LPU NEST. Then it is easy to crack. The questions will be based on your last qualifying exam. If you are a hard-worker then not to worry at all. LPU always welcomes hard-working students. One more important thing, you can find the syllabus of LPU NEST. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and for a scholarship for most of the programmes. It is not simple and even it's also not too hard to crack. If you prepare well then you can clear the exam and even get a good scholarship. The syllabus may differ from course to course but the pattern is the same. The test is conducted online and can be taken on any of the test centres appointed by LPU. I will be sharing my experience and how I prepared and scored 40% scholarship through LPU NEST. There are few points to be kept in mind while looking forward with LPU NEST. 1. First of check with the subjects and exam pattern as per mention on their website. There is an option to choose subjects in LPU NEST. Look forward with subjects which you have studied in class 11 and 12th. 2. Also, check with the topic wise syllabus as available on website. It depends on how intense you take this exam. As it is not only for entrance purposes but also provides the Scholarship. So if you would like to avail the maximum scholarship, you should give your best. It follows the Multiple Choice Questions-based pattern and there is no negative marking which makes it a bit easy for an applicant. LPU NEST exam syllabus is based on the knowledge of your last qualification. The topics you have covered or have already studied in your last qualification will be included. The syllabus varies from programme to programme. For the details, you may visit the website. The difficulty level of LPU NEST depends on the preparation and clarity about the topics that you have studied in your last qualification. Around 40% marks are required in LPU NEST in order to qualify it for Eligibility purpose whereas for Scholarship purpose, the cut-off are required to be qualified based on which Scholarship is applicable. LPU NEST is conducted by LPU for different programmes for Eligibility and Scholarship purpose as well. The purpose of LPU NEST is different for different programmes. For some programmes, it is for Eligibility and Scholarship purpose and for some programmes it is just for Scholarship purpose only. Hi! Being an Alumni of LPU. I can answer this well. Nothing is difficult if you are having the power to conquer it. Moreover, if you would be giving your 200% commitment as well as dedication to your exams you would surely be the winner. It is also implemented for LPU NEST. Basically, LPU NEST fulfills two criteria a)Eligibility B) Scholarship The pattern and syllabus would be according to the course. However, the syllabus would be the part of your previous qualification. The test would consist of all the Multiple-Choice Questions with NO NEGATIVE MARKING. If you would outperform you would be getting the utility of maximum scholarship as the slab varies from 50% to 30%. Lastly it is all about your efforts.

I have given the LPU NEST two times during my admission time in 2019. The paper for me that was B.Tech Computer Science is little easy for me as I have prepared for JEE past 3 years so if you have prepared for JEE then you will find LPU NEST is easy otherwise little tough. LPU NEST Cut Off for Qualifying is 30% to 40% marks. Here I am putting the previous years question paper of LPUNEST , I hope you will have some idea after this.
