There are variety of courses in Travel & Tourism field.
It is purely depends on what career you are looking for in this field. There are 1 month to 3 yrs courses available.
If you are really looking for a profound career in Travel & Tourism then you should look for Bachelors or Masters program form a institute who is able to produce the best placement record.
I am aware of one institute mentioned below having brilliant record of placement and also providing paid certified internship and Edu Trips too.

Well, course duration depends on what kind of course you would go for. There are diploma courses, certification courses and degree courses available. To gain deep knowledge of the field degree courses are the best. You can pursue BBA and MBA programs in this field. BBA is of 3 years and MBA is of 2 years. Go for reputed universities like UTM Shillong to pursue BBA course in this field. They have great curriculum, industrial exposure and good faculty .
Hope this info helps you. Good luck :)

The travekl and tourism course depends on what kind of course it is. If you take a certifgication course it may last few months, but if you take BBA in hospitality , travel and tourism it will extend up to 3 years like normal BBA. If you are willing to pursue travel and tourism then go for BBA in travel and tourism from a good college like UTM, YMCA, NITHM ,Surajmal these are good colleges for pursuing this course. UTM has fared better last year in terms of placements.
