Database Developers are responsible for planning, managing and maintaining database management systems. If you do any of Computer Science or IT graduation degree, you will able to get skills to be database developer as part of degree syllabus in RDBMS course.

There are multiple computer education/ training institutes which offer courses on Database development. Once you have basic knowledge after undergoing course, it is advised that for a good career as a database developer, you can work to get certification such as Oracle Certified Associate: PL/SQL Developer. Indian IT Industry major businessmen are Application Development and Maintenance. PL/SQL developers can easily find a job as a database developer.

Hello, SQL is a query language that allows one to issue a single query or execute a single insert/update/delete. PL-SQL is Oracle's "Procedural Language" SQL, which allows one to write a full program (loops, variables, etc.) to accomplish multiple selects/inserts/updates/deletes. It is a certification course. One needs to visit a computer training institute which teaches Pl/SQL. Therefore, the course duration and fees might vary from one institute to another. To be able to pursue this course, one needs to be completely aware with SQL which includes it's relational model and SQL queries as well. However, institutes may put additional criteria for admission into the course as well. Pursuing this course leads to job roles like Database Administrator etc. However, with the massive developments in Cloud Technology, Pl/SQL has been quite outdated. This has resulted in decreasing jobs and fairly low revenue.
