    A general-purpose DBMS is designed to allow the definition, creation, querying, update, and administration of databases. DBMS can be used to manage transnational databases, such as HR systems, banking systems and so on. Database Developers are responsible for planning, managing and maintaining database management systems. If you do any of Computer Science or IT graduation degree, you will able to get skills to be database developer as part of degree syllabus in RDBMS course.

    Hello,
    SQL is a query language that allows one to issue a single query or execute a single insert/update/delete. PL-SQL is Oracle's "Procedural Language" SQL, which allows one to write a full program (loops, variables, etc.) to accomplish multiple selects/inserts/updates/deletes. It is a certification course. One needs to visit a computer training institute which teaches Pl/SQL. Therefore, the course duration and fees might vary from one institute to another.
