The admission criteria for BA Sanskrit varies for different colleges in India. The basic criteria demand a 45% to 55% score in 12th class from a recognised university of India. In addition to this, most colleges require Sanskrit as a compulsory subject till 10th class while a few of the top colleges ask for qualification in entrance exams like CUET UG, JNU CUET, NPAT, IPU CET, etc.

Students must check the university's official website for any additional admission requirements.
