B.E./B.Tech course in K.S. Group of Institutions demands the candidate should have passed the 10+2 exam with the minimum of 45% marks in PCM groups. Candidates must also have appeared for the Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test EAMCET or Joint Entrance Examination JEE Main. The college also admits those students who are qualified in the JEE Main score system. Further, the admission eligibility require the candidate to have completed sixteen years age as on the date of admission. The college also provide lateral entry to the Diploma holder candidates with minimum 50% aggregate percentage.
