Minimum eligibility for admission to B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Silicon Institute of Technology is Class 12 taken with 45% marks aggregate in Physics, Math, and any one from Chemistry/ Computer Science. For the Reserved Category candidates, the aggregate shall be 40% and above. Admission shall be based on scores of JEE Main entrance exam primarily. Candidates must undergo counseling by OJEE for the seats in the programme to provide students with all important skills and knowledge of engineering.
