    If it is possible for you, then choose commerce in 12th so that it will be easy for you to prepare for CLAT Entrance Exam and get admission in a good government college for LL.B. And, you can continue with arts stream.

    In India, the eligibility criteria for LL.B. After class 10th are not very clear. Generally, to pursue LL.B. One needs to have completed their undergraduate degree in any field. However, some universities or colleges may offer integrated law programs, such as B.A. LL.B. Or BBA LL.B. Which can be pursued after completing class 12th in any stream. There are a few universities that offer a 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B. Programme after class 10th. However, such programs are not very common and have limited availability.     You can't pursue LL.B. After 10th. You must complete your 12th first.
    LLB Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

    The minimum requirement for BA LLB/BA LLB/ B.Com LLB (5-year course) is class 12th while for LLB (3-year course) is graduation in any field.
