    IIIT Guwahati has specified the eligibility requirements for M.Tech admissions. Only those who fulfill the requirements are selected for further admission. Check out the below table to know the requirements:

    A candidate must have obtained a BE/BTech degree in relevant discipline with 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% aggregate for Gen/Gen-EWS/OBC

    Note: The institute provides a 5% relaxation in the eligibility criteria for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
