What is the eligibility criteria to get admission in Delft University and University of Amsterdam?
I have got 8.49 CGPA in UG (B.Tech IT) with an international research paper publication and 3 years of work experience in IT field with an MNC.

Dear Ram,
A very ambiguous question and hard to comment on since you have not mentioned which department you are applying to. Your CGPA does not seem bad, I believe you have to take the IELTS for the English language requirements. You should visit the university websites and check the entry requirements of the respective programme you are applying to.
